At Trade Network, we understand that circumstances change, and you might need to close your account.
If you decide to close your account, it is a very simple and transparent process, and almost guaranteed to be easier than canceling a gym membership! If you've decided to close your account or are no longer in business, we're here to assist you every step of the way.
To begin, simply notify us of your intention to close your account. You can reach us at (517) 886-8900 or email barter@tradenetwork.org.
If your account has a positive balance, you still get to keep your trade credits until you spend all of them.
Conversely, if your account has a negative balance, a credit card payment will be required to settle it. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition and hassle-free closure.
Once your balance is zero and all cash fees are settled, your account will be ready for closure. Sometimes when a business leaves Trade Network, it's just a "Goodbye for Now," and they end up rejoining in the future. In most situations, we can reinstate a Trade Network membership upon request at no charge!
Closing your Trade Network account is straightforward and stress-free, just like it should be.
