2. Fill out our online travel request form: For added convenience, you can fill out our travel request form online. This provides us with all the necessary information to find and book your trip quicker.
What to Expect:
A Trade Network team member will confirm your request and gather any additional information that will be needed to book a trip for you.
We will share available options, and trade pricing before booking something for you. Once you have approved an option, we will submit it for booking and you will receive confirmation from the property and Trade Network once booked.
Once booked, travel reservations are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Flexibility with your travel dates can increase your chances of finding available options, especially during peak seasons. While some properties may not be available on trade during peak times, traveling during shoulder seasons can offer more choices.
Why Am I not Seeing Much Travel on the Directory?
While Trade Network offers a variety of travel options, many out-of-state trips are facilitated through reciprocal barter exchanges. As a member of both NATE and IRTA, Trade Network has reciprocal agreements with other exchanges across the country, expanding your travel opportunities.
However, our directory may not always display listings from reciprocal exchanges, requiring our brokers to contact them on a request-by-request basis for current information and bookings. For the best results, please allow our brokers up to two weeks to fulfill your travel request, though in many cases, bookings can be made much sooner, sometimes even on the same day.
